Etc. - Plus 19 Years Engineering Project Consulting & leading and follow up Major Subcontractors and attained extensive industry experience in leading EPC Projects and/or QA/QC in such fields like the Energy and Power Stations Plants and/or Gas Turbines & Supervising the Buildings Nuclear Energy (Nuclear Power Project Plant & Electromechanical Plants ) Steam Turbines ,Separation Plants and The Cement Plants and Cement Production Lines & Airports , Shipbuilding yard , Major infrastructure projects on Oil & Gas Production fields, Brownfield , Green Field & MOPU fabrication and (Gas Fractionation Unit (GFU), Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU),Hydrotreater Unit (HDT),Hydrogen Unit (HPU/ROG PSA) of Oil and Gas in particular in Heat Exchangers, the Oil Refineries (Oil & Gas Production) ,Floating production storage and Offloading, GTL Plants That With Project Management Consultants -PMC. - Familiar with The FPSO (Floating production storage and offloading) Experience in Arabian Sea Iraq and The Iraqi Crude Oil Export Expansion Project (ICOEEP Phase 2) at DSV (Diving Support vessel) / Altus Optimus & Overland Pipelines, Oil Terminal, Diving Support Vessels and Offshore Modules Subsea (Pipeline within both Onshore and Offshore Environments). - Familiar with The Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Hydraulic and/or Pneumatic Systems or other technology as applicable to fabrication, repair, operation and maintenance requirements . - Technical NDT Senior Inspector, For Aircraft industry is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications and are airworthy before operation. - Inspects Repairs and modification of aircraft structures, structural components and engines of complex to extreme difficulty. - Technical NDT Senior Inspector, Responsible for this Department to Preparation of all Offshore/Onshore Welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Field Joint Coating. - The NDT Engineer , Which Ensures that all NDT Activities are Timely and Economically Prepared to Support the Pipelay Vessels, Oil & Gas Piping Loop System in Accordance with Project Requirements. - Execute all meeting in QA/QC departments including weekly and monthly meeting and daily inspection analysis. - KOC Approved QA/QC Inspector for Piping and Tanks . - Vendor Visit Inspection for all Rotating and Stationary Equipment and Heat Exchangers that before installing it at site / Workshop / Site Valve Inspection and Workshop / Site Threaded Pipes and Fittings Inspection . - Familiar with the Standards and Specifications like API’s, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.8 , ASME Sec I, II (Part A, B), V, VIII, IX , AWS, ANSI, NFPA, ASTM and DIN Code. - Familiar with Standards Russian (ГОСТ) Industrial Code whish Covered the Energy Industry, Oil and Gas Industry , Environmental Protection, Construction, Transportation, Telecommunications, Mining, and Other Industries and Recognized .: - GOST 550-75 , GOST ISO 15609-3, 5 , GOST ISO 15609-3 , GOST R 55724 - 2013 , GOST 26266-90 , GOST 23479-79 , GOST R ISO 9712-2019 ,GOST 9940-81 , GOST 9941-81 and GOST R ISO 15609-1 - 2009 and Following up the operational policies (WPS's, PQR, & WPQ's) planning & implementing effective control measures in the Welding , QA/QC and NDT Department. - Familiar with Design , Maintenance and Shut Down activities
